HONEY MUSTARD SALMON

Ingredients

½ cup Smoky Chipotle Honey Mustard (Retired)
¼ cup orange juice
2 tsp. Mango Chili Lime Seasoning
6 salmon fillets (113 g each)
The Perfect Blend Seasoning

Instructions

In a large freezer bag, combine the first 3 ingredients. Add salmon; seal well and refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove salmon from marinade; discard bag with marinade. Place salmon, skin-side-down, on a foil-lined large rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with The Perfect Blend Seasoning. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F on a cooking thermometer.

If you wish to be meal-time-ready or make a double batch, prepare salmon fillets with the marinade, seal well and freeze. Thaw completely and then follow cooking instructions. It’s a good idea to print the cooking instructions and attach them to the freezer bag.
